  • 3 cups instant dry milk
  • cups sugar
  • cups

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix them thoroughly with a whisk, being sure to blend well.
  2. Divide the mix into 1-cup batches, pouring each into a small plastic bag. If any of the mix is left over (the exact amount you’ll have after mixing depends upon how vigorously you have whisked), divide the remnant among the batches. Close the bags securely and store them
