  • Peppercorns, coriander seeds, Whole cloves

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine the fennel, cardamom, peppercorns, coriander, cloves, and cinnamon in a pie pan and toast until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl to cool, then crush lightly with the back of a wooden spoon. Stir in the ginger and tea. Store the mix
