  • About

These beans are phenomenal in bloody marys; add a dash of the brine to your drink for an extra punch. “Spicy” means different things to each individual, so if you’re a heat lover, double the amount of cayenne in each jar. If not, you can omit the cayenne altogether.

Ingredients

  • Distilled white vinegar, 3 cups (24 fl oz/750 ml)
  • Kosher salt

Method

Have ready 6 sterilized jars and their lids. Mix the vinegar, 3 cups (24 fl oz/750 ml) water, and salt in a pot
