Ingredients

  • 100% pomegranate juice, 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml)
  • Star anise pod

Method

In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice and star anise over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and let stand for 1 hour.

Discard the star anise. In a pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, tangerine juice, and agave syrup and stir well. Pour the mixture into a clean 1-qt (1-l) jar and refrigerate for up to 2 months. Shake well before usi
