Most neon yellow margarita mixes are made with high-fructose corn syrup and a litany of chemicals and artificial flavors. Perhaps that’s why they taste a bit like cleaning fluid. This recipe contains nothing but fresh citrus juices and agave syrup.
In a large nonreactive bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until blended. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, then pour into a bottle, cap tightly, and refrigerate until ready to serve. The mixer keeps for 2 weeks stored in the refrigerator.
