Birria-Quiles

Mexico City is one of my favorite places in the world. It is such a culturally rich city, and the food is on a whole other level. One of my absolute favorite things to eat in Mexico City is chilaquiles. The city has no shortage of places that on any given day can whip up a mind-blowing version of this brunch dish. This recipe is no substitute for a trip down there, but I’d say it’s a close second.
