The origins of the Cuban sandwich will forever be debated. My buddy Marco Reyna insists that it was originally created in Tampa Bay (the area where he conveniently resides in and where his brewery, Home State Brewing Co., is located in). Leave it to two Mexicans from Chicago to discuss the history of the Cuban sandwich in Florida and come up with a Mexican version of it.
