Flour Tortillas

I have been judged my entire life for loving flour tortillas as much as I do. My friend, Chef Claudia Sandoval, even accused me of being a fake Mexican (it was all in good fun—she just couldn’t believe I pick flour over corn tortillas). There is no shame in my flour tortilla game!
