These pickled habanero peppers and red onion have a tart and tangy flavor thanks to the two kinds of vinegar and lime juice. This condiment is great served alongside birria or atop tacos and burritos. Play around with the flavors and add spices to your liking. This recipe is a canvas for anything you want to try.
