On a very hangover-y Sunday morning during football season, I arrived at my friend Kevin Leary’s house with a bag full of quesabirria supplies, so I thought. His wife and my good friend, Stephanie, noticed that my bag had only birria, cheese, and tortillas. I panicked. I had somehow forgotten the rest of the ingredients I was going to top my quesabirria with.
