Toadstool Biscuits

• 1 X Vanilla Shortbread dough
• plain flour, to dust
• 7 cm toadstool template

Line two baking trays with baking parchment. Preheat the oven to 170°C/fan 160°C/340°F/gas mark 3½.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to 4mm thick and, using the toadstool template, cut out 40 toadstools. Place the biscuits on the trays and
