These are delicious little pots of dense, rich chocolate. The orange zest adds a citrus flavour that marries so well.
Put the chocolate and cream into a heatproof bowl, place over a pan of simmering water and leave on a gentle heat until the chocolate has melted. Do not allow to boil.
When the chocolate is smooth, stir in the grated orange zest, reserving a little for decoration. Pour into little pots and leave to cool and set for a minimum of 2 hours. Decorate with reserved orange zest to serve.
