In the summer the mountains are covered with myrtles. They are painstaking to pick but, in the sunny fresh air, who cares! This dish was served at a beautiful little bistro where there was no menu; you just ate what came from the kitchen. Here is my interpretation of what was a heavenly use of all those myrtles.
