Bay Leaf Oil


  • 20 fresh bay leaves, blanched
  • 750 ml (26 fl oz/3 cups) grapeseed oil


Process the bay leaves and grapeseed oil in a blender. Set aside overnight to infuse. Alternatively use a Thermomix set on high speed at 60°C (140°F) for 12 minutes. Allow the sediment to separate before decanting the oil into a separate container with a lid. Store at room temperature until ready to use.
