When I was in Marrakech I loved the nut bazaar. Every single kind of nut imaginable, available in any quantity you wanted. What’s more, they’d knock up a batch of flavoured nuts with your personal combination of spices before you could even get some money out to pay. These nuts always remind me of that bazaar, and the kitchen almost smells as good when I make them.
