  • About

Nobody used the oven in our house. It was an extra cupboard for storing the masala tin, rotli pan and ghee. One day we got a free cookbook from the milkman. It had all the classic recipes in it like scones, fairy cakes and chocolate cookies. There was a recipe in there for sugary wafers and I decided to have a go. I’ve been playing with them ever since. They don’t take long to make and are super tasty with chai and have often gotten an ‘ooooh’ from the aunties.
