There are stalls everywhere in Gujarat selling this snack. When I visited Rajkot, I never understood why my cousins waited in the ones with the longest queue. I would be salivating looking at people walking around with dabelis from other traders but they insisted on waiting at a specific one. Each trader has their own unique blend of spices that goes into the mashed potato mixture, and they knew which was worth waiting for.
