Bharela Marcha

Gujarati folk love a good jamvanu – it loosely translates as a dinner party. We used to have many when I was a teen and Mum would always make these bullet chillies as a classic but special side dish. It was one of the dishes I had at my engagement ceremony. I think the only reason she made them was to play a bit of Russian roulette with Tone to see which one would blow his head off. A little warning lest he not look after me I guess!
