This isn’t technically a shaak but it works nicely with the bharazi and ugali. It’s a very simple Biting which
Grill the bananas with their skins on – either on a barbecue or a very hot griddle pan. Let the skins blacken on one side for about five minutes and then flip over to blacken the other side.
Slit them open lengthways, drizzle over lemon juice and honey (if you’re using it) and then sprinkle on the chilli powder and salt to your taste.
