OK, so this is not a recipe as such but rather an indulgence. When I was in the early stages of pregnancy with all the associated nausea and loss of appetite, one of the few things I could stomach was rice. Mum would give me freshly boiled rice laden with ghee and tossed through with sea salt. It really did restore my energy. I still have this as a quick Biting, especially when I am marathon training.
