  • 3 large garlic bulbs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3–6 tbsp chilli powd

Method

Separate the garlic into cloves and peel them all. It’s not a nice job so to make it easier, if you have time, leave the cloves in the sun or somewhere warm for a day as this helps shrink the outer skin a bit, making it easier to peel.
