Shrikhand is perhaps my all-time favouritest ever dessert. I served it at my wedding and I think I probably ate more than anybody else. It’s thick, sweetened yoghurt spiced with cardamom, and at weddings it will also have saffron added. Socks Auntie is the queen of shrikhand.
