When we were little, every Friday Dad would bring us pockets of treats. It was almost always Smarties or fudge. I would save mine to last the week but my sisters would finish theirs there and then. This fudge reminds me of those happy Fridays. It is a super quick, sweet Biting that you can rustle up to have warm with tea or coffee. It’s incredibly moreish. I could eat the whole batch by myself. It also makes great petit fours served with a small bowl of melted chocolate.
