For me, the star of this salad is the yogurt sumac dressing, taking the crunchy vegetables nestled inside lettuce cups to a whole new level.
Blend the yogurt, vinegar, shallot, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, and sumac in a medium mixing bowl to make the dressing.
Add the sliced cucumbers and radishes and mix until they are nicely coated.
