Kuku Gerdu

Kuku gerdu illustrates the remarkable power of food to forge connections. While we’ve never met in person, my friend Leila Nabizadeh and I bonded on social media over our shared passion for Caspian Sea regional cuisine. Leila introduced me to this beloved dish from her ancestral home in the stunning Gilan province, and it quickly became a favorite in my own home.
