There is so much that I love about scones! Whenever I journey to Scotland to spend time with family, I make a point of exploring charming Scottish cafes to indulge in a steaming pot of tea along with scones adorned with clotted cream and jam.
In this recipe, I’ve created a distinctive pastry by combining some familiar Iranian flavors with a classic Scottish scone.
