  • About

The unique combination of yogurt, carbonated water, and mint in dugh creates a tangy and fizzy taste that awakens the senses. What sets dugh apart from other drinks is the omission of sugar in favor of salt, creating a pleasing interplay between yogurt’s tang, mint’s freshness, and salt’s savoriness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk European-style yogurt
  • 2 cups (480

Method

Combine the yogurt, sparkling water, salt, and dried mint in a bowl. Whisk gently until smooth, taking care not to overmix, as it may cause the sparkling water to lose its fizziness. To serve, place a handful of ice cubes into each serving glass and pour the dugh over them. Garnish with the fresh mint and rose petals.
