Crab mayonnaise, a little tomato and basil and the Bloody Mary Vinaigrette, a simple twist on the “morning after” cocktail. This dish has delicious, pure white crab meat, the freshness of the citrus zest, dill and cucumber and, together with its simple presentation, the natural flavours of impeccable quality.
