This is a great-looking dish as well as tasting the part. Using various types of the more unusual, old-fashioned varities of tomatoes grown by Jo Campbell at Mount St. John. With names like “Green Grape, White Beauty, Ildi and Red Brandy Wine” you can’t fail to impress. The shapes, colours and tastes of each one all add to the dish in different ways. With a shot of gazpacho and the snow white, creamy mozzarella made by Paul Langthorne near Northallerton thi
