  • About

Mrs Hall, who by chance lives in Honeyholme in Harome, opposite the Church, provides us with various flavours of her homemade honey, which she collects on behalf of the bees from the surrounding moors and fields. This dessert is partnered with the famous honey beverage of Lindisfane Mead, made at St Aidan’s Winery in the Holy Island off the rugged coast of Northumberland, and it is always a hit!
