The damson vodka we use in various guises. We add to the ice cream and sorbet; bases, which partner roly polys of autumn fruit or into jellies to serve with Stamfrey Farm clotted cream and compôte of winter berries.
Wash, halve and stone fruits, add the vodka and sugar, mix thoroughly and pour into a large bottle or another suitable vessel. For the first few days tip and turn the bottles to ensure all the sugar is dissolved, then store out of sunlight and out of harm’s way!! Drink after approx
