Hannah Stringer learnt to cook from her grandmother, Noreen Hannemann. ‘My Nanna has all my show books from the time I started, and she taught me everything I know,’ recalls Hannah, who entered her first show at about the age of seven. ‘I remember making some decorated biscuits. They were jam biscuits with beautiful pink icing. I made them from scratch and they became a family favourite.’
