Cumquat Marmalade

The blue-coloured wood stove in the corner of Lil Ramsay’s kitchen has been used to prepare food for more than 100 years. She lights it almost every morning, even in summer, and sets a pot of fruit to simmer slowly on its top before going about her daily chores.
