Carrot Cake

There are some hazards in show cooking that catch even the most meticulous cooks by surprise. Take the year that Rex Liebelt walked into the hall of an un-named show to see if he had won any prizes and noticed his carrot cake looked a bit odd. Apparently, a stray cat had discovered the cake sitting on a bench and licked off the icing.
