Halve and pit the avocados and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado into a rough purée, leaving it quite chunky. Add the kiwi flesh, lime zest and juice and the chopped coriander and mix in well. Season now with as much wasabi as you dare and plenty of salt.
Serve immediately garnished with a few more coriander leaves.
