Add a punch of ’nduja spice to your mussels – they will be out-of-this-world delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg/2 lb 4 oz fresh mussels

Method

Wash and debeard the mussels. If any are open, give them a few taps with a knife – if they don’t close they are probably dead, so discard them.

Heat the butter in a large pot with a lid over a low– medium heat. Add the shallots, thyme and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until the shallots are tender. Add the ’nduja and peppers to the pan and cook for another few minutes until the ’nd
