This intriguing mash-up takes the humble chicken burger to Indonesia by way of everyone’s favourite peanutty breakfast cereal. Weird maybe, wonderful definitely. The first time I made this I was still trying to decide whether it worked when I finished the whole thing in about three minutes flat, so I guess it did.

This was delicious! The mix of sweet and spicy was the perfect match. I had a successful attempt at making my own brioche buns which was a nice accompaniment.
