Sticky barbecue ribs is always a family favourite. For a summer vibe, I like to finish these over charcoal and add some scrumpy cider and star anise to the glaze for an appley flavour with liquorice undertones. It’s hard to stop going back for more. Serve with a big salad and a few glasses of nice cold cider.
