Raspberries are twice-bearing, so there are two seasons when they’re available: The first is springtime, the second is the cusp of autumn—and that’s when raspberries matched with thick dark chocolate cream seem appropriate for the cooler weather. Of course, seasonal restrictions need not apply; make this any time of the year, as long as you’ve got great berries.
