It’s crazy how good this tastes. Very much like a candy bar, and best with a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Combine the cream, honey, sugar, and butter in a small saucepan and bring just to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, stirring gently, for exactly 1 minute. Remove from the heat, add the nuts and raisins, and stir to coat.
  2. Divide the nut mixture evenly among the tart shells (still in their rings), mounding it in the centers.
