  • 15 g fresh continental parsley sprigs

Method

  1. Coarsely chop the dill and parsley leaves and stems. Transfer to a bowl. Add the salt, sugar, and all the zest. Use clean hands to give the whole mix a good rub, to help the flavours develop.
