  • ½ can tomatoes.
  • Sprig of thyme.
  • 1 stalk celery

Method

Cook tomatoes twenty minutes with seasonings; rub through a strainer, add soda, then White Sauce. Serve with Baked Fish or Lobster Cutlets.
