  • 3 tablespoons grated horseradish root.
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt.
  • Few grains cayenne.
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream.

    Method

    Mix first four ingredients, and add cream beaten stiff.
