  • 3 tablespoons cracker crumbs.
  • cup grated horseradish root.
  • cups milk.
  • 3 tablespoons butter.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • teaspoon pepper.

    Method

    Cook first three ingredients twenty minutes in double boiler. Add butter, salt, and pepper.
