  • cup cold water.
  • cup boiling water.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1 cup strawberry juice.
  • Whites 3 eggs.
  • Whip from 2 cups cream.

    Make same as Orange Charlotte.
