  • cups Concord grains.
  • ½ cup sugar.
  • 1 cup cold water.

    Method

    Wash, pick over, and remove stems from grapes; add water, and cook one and one-half hours in a double boiler. Add sugar, and cook twenty minutes. Strain and cool.
