Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseed.
  • 1 pint boiling water.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Sugar.

    Method

    Pick over and wash flaxseed, add water, and cook two hours, keeping just below boiling point. Strain, add lemon juice, and sugar to taste.
