Wander through our garden and you’ll realize that many of the big hedges we’re clipping from are actually bushes of rosemary. This savory herb transforms the empty corners of our garden into beautiful landscapes and fills our meals with wonderful flavors. The delicate infusion of a few rosemary sprigs in a pitcher of refreshing lemonade makes a classic drink extra-special.

  • ½ cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240ml) Simple Syrup, cooled
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Ice

  1. In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients with 4 cups (960ml) water. Add a few rinds from the freshly squeezed lemons and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
