Our friends and guests dubbed this warm cheesy dip the “crack dip.” It’s a guilty pleasure that everyone is addicted to, regardless of how full they are. They can’t stop eating it until the bowl is swiped empty with the last piece of bread. Part of what makes this crack dip extra-special is baking it until a charred brown crust forms on top; this brings out the smoky flavor of all the melted cheese and sweet onion. Once you try it, you’ll know why it’s our number-one party dip!
