Burgers are one of the most popular foods around the world, but so many of them are so utterly dismal. When you make your own burger you have control over what goes into your mince. So head off to the kitchen and make your own.

Ingredients

For the Burger

  • 1 kg lean beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves

Method

Place the onions, mince, garlic, dried herbs and parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Squeeze the mince through your fingers until well combined. Divide the meat into 6 equal balls. The burgers should be 2 cm thick (not a bulging burger). Cover with cling film and refrigerate. Take burg
